Revision to SkyHelix Sentosa time slots from 17 November 2022
From 17 November 2022, availability of time slots for SkyHelix Sentosa will be revised. Guests can take their ride any time from 10am, with the last boarding at 9.15 pm.
Priority admission will be given to guests who have already purchased their tickets and pre-booked a time slot before 17 November.
Notice to SkyHelix Sentosa Open-Dated Ticket Holders:
For open-dated ticket holders who have purchased SkyHelix Sentosa through our online store and partners, you are encouraged to book your date of visit before heading down to SkyHelix Sentosa. You can enjoy your ride any time from 10 am, with the last boarding at 9.15 pm on your selected date of visit. Seats are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly ensure that your selected date of visit is within the validity period of your ticket purchase.
For tickets purchased via Sentosa:
Step 1: Visit https://mfleisure.com/SkyHelixSentosa to check on availability of your preferred date. Guests are encouraged to select dates at least seven days out from the date of email inquiry.
Step 2: Email [email protected] with your SkyHelix Sentosa PDF booking confirmation, together with your preferred date.(Please provide at least two alternative dates).
Please note that we will respond within three business days, and the date offered is subject to availability.

Safety Guidelines
Guests must be 1.05 metres and above in height to experience
the ride.
Guests between 1.05 metres and 1.2 metres in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult.
The ride is NOT suitable for:
1) Expectant mothers
2) Guests who have fear of heights
3) Guests with limited mobility
Animals and pets are NOT allowed on the ride.
The ride is NOT recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo.
Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.
The following items are NOT permitted on the ride:
1) Hats and bags
2) Sharp objects such as umbrellas
3) Items made of glass
4) Outside food & drinks
Due to safety reasons and compliance with regulations, guests may be turned away from the ride if they are unable to secure the seatbelts. A test seat is available onsite for guests who wish to try.
As part of our safety protocols, please note that all guests of SkyHelix Sentosa must be able to fasten the safety belt to enjoy the ride. Guests who are unable to do so will not be able to ride. A test seat is available at the attraction. Please reach out to our staff for assistance.

Guests can enjoy their ride any time from 10am onwards, with the last boarding at 9.15pm. Experience a different feel when you visit in the day, evening or night.
Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis and waiting time is expected as each ride can only accommodate 16 pax per round.
Children aged below 4 and meet the height requirement of 1.05m may enjoy complimentary admission to SkyHelix Sentosa, subject to seat availability. Please proceed to the nearest ticketing counter to redeem the tickets and provide evidence of age for verification purpose.
All tickets purchased in one transaction have to be used/redeemed together, no partial usage/redemption is allowed.
Redeemed tickets must be utilised on the day of redemption.
All completed and confirmed transaction cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.
