Mount Faber’s signature slew of festive dining options are back! This year’s marque event features dining experiences headlined by Award-winning Chef Henrik Jyrk.

Dusk Restaurant & Bar Presents: Dining by Jyrk is our first-ever overseas chef collaboration with Award-winning Chef Henrik Jyrk at Dusk Restaurant & Bar. Chef Henrik who has won many culinary awards as well as has experience working in Michelin Restaurants around the world, will be unveiling to guests a specially created 6-course dinner menu of his signature Nordic-Asian Cuisine from 3 to 11 December 2022.

A specially curated set menu by Chef Henrik Jyrk will also be available at Dusk Restaurant & Bar from 12 December 2022 until 31 March 2023.

Nordic Dining in the Skies: This festive season, Cable Car Sky Dining is featuring a 4-course menu of a more traditional Nordic fare also by Chef Henrik Jyrk, elevating what is already such a unique dining experience that takes you from Mount Faber all the way to Sentosa and back as you soak in the different views along your journey.

At Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, festive revellers can look forward to Jolly Good Times at Arbora Ala Carte Buffet, replete with live carving stations, succulent festive meats, an edible Arbora Wonderland Christmas village dessert centrepiece, and countless activities to keep the kids endlessly entertained. Dusk Presents: Dining by Jyrk

Available from 3 to 11 December 2022 (Fully booked on 3, 6, 7 & 9 December 2022)

Meet award-winning Chef Henrik Jyrk, his team of sous chefs, and sommelier at Dusk Restaurant & Bar for their first-ever overseas dining collaboration exclusively for 9 nights as they provide you with a Nordic-Asian Michelin experience set against breathtaking hilltop views.

Known for his mastery of Nordic-Asian cuisine, Chef Henrik Jyrk is an award-winning chef from Copenhagen, Denmark who in 2020 served as a guest judge on MasterChef Denmark. He has won several competitions in Denmark including Til Migddag Hos in 2019 as well as the largest national cooking competition, Sol Over Gudhjem, twice, in 2016 and 2017. Chef Henrik Jyrk was Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Atelier Crenn in 2011, when they received their first Michelin Star.

Exclusively, from 3 to 11 December 2022 (fully booked on 3, 6, 7 & 9 December), Chef Henrik Jyrk will be unveiling to guests a 6-course menu of his signature Nordic-Asian Cuisine at $198++ per person, with wine pairing options available from $98++. 

Inspired by nature and the sea, this exclusive 6-course dinner menu features air-flown Danish produce with Asian ingredients, starting off with a trio of Nordic-Asian snacks including Æbleskive with Danish Bacon and Black Truffle, Croustade with Danish Smoked Cheese, Wasabi and Raw Shrimp, and Fresh Oyster served with Danish Cherry and Japanese Sake Vinaigrette.

Diners can look forward to dishes such as Kartofler Og Kaviar, consisting of potato slow cooked in Butter and Kombu, served with Oscietra Caviar and a medley of Fresh Clams cooked in Dashi with Japanese Sancho Pepper. Another menu highlight is Økologisk Tværreb; an 18-hour braised Beef Short Rib accompanied with Caviar, Caramelised Onion Puree, and Japanese Umeboshi, served on bespoke dinnerware created by local ceramic artist, Ng Yang Ce.

Fret not, if you’ve missed your chance to meet Chef Henrik Jyrk in the flesh, you’ll still be able to enjoy his Nordic-Asian Cuisine at Dusk Restaurant & Bar featuring a combination of Nordic Classics interpreted and elevated using Asian ingredients, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience! You may also have your set menu alongside some of our usual modern European fare from our Ala carte menu, if you wish. This 4-course menu is available from 12 December 2022 until 31 March 2023 at $108++ per person. Wine pairing options are available from $98++.

The first dish is Makrel, a tender fish soaked in the deep savouriness of clam dashi, with a tang of gooseberries and a hint of wasabi and aromatic herbs. Then, tuck into the smoky flavour of Andesteg, which is Roasted Duck Breast served with Danish Cherries, drizzled in warm spices and the distinctly Southeast Asian flavour of an Indonesian pepper sauce.

Break up the savouriness with the sweetness of the next dish, Rødgrød Med Fløde, a berry compote dessert served with crisp, chewy meringue and smooth, creamy vanilla ice cream. The meal concludes with the Æbleskive – a pan-fried Danish takoyaki-like dish filled with a piquant yet sweet vanilla & apple compote.

A special New Year’s Eve 5-course menu is available on 31 December 2022 at $158++ per person, inclusive of a selection of amuse bouche, party kit, and a live band to ring in the new year in style. Kindly note that Ala Carte menu will not be available on this date.

Make it a December to remember at the heights of Mount Faber Peak with a delightful assortment of holiday fun for the whole family!

On selected dates from 23 December 2022 until 2 January 2023, join us for a festive feast like no other, with Arbora’s all-you-can-eat Ala Carte Buffet. You’ll be spoiled for choice with a great selection of ala carte dishes as well as festive meats from our Brazilian Churrasco Grill. Those with a sweet tooth will love our Arbora Wonderland Dessert Centrepiece, a visual masterpiece and dessert table combined into one, filled with festive sweets and treats for one and all to enjoy.

From 12 December 2022 to 2 January 2023, our bartenders have concocted two brand new ala carte festive cocktails. This year’s festive ala carte dessert is a must-try Black Forest Trifle with a magical combination of cherries, chocolate shavings and cream. Bring the kids too as we have curated a bunch of fun activities on weekends, such as Face Painting, Balloon Sculpting, and Magic Shows!

Cable Car Sky Dining Presents: Nordic Dining in the Skies (12 Dec 22 - 31 Mar 23)

From 12 December 2022 to 31 March 2023, experience a 4-course Nordic menu curated by Award-winning Danish Chef Henrik Jyrk as you travel on your very own private cable car. Known for his mastery of Nordic cuisine, Chef Henrik Jyrk is an award-winning chef from Copenhagen, Denmark who in 2020 served as a guest judge on MasterChef Denmark. The Nordic Dining in the Skies experience begins at the Arbora Bistro at Mount Faber Peak, where diners will be served welcome drinks and an appetiser of Danske Rejer, which consists of sweet Danish Shrimps served atop warm, soft Danish brioche bread, with a light serving of crème Fraiche and aromatic herbs. This is followed by Koldrøget laks, an artisanal Smoked Salmon dish from Denmark, served atop horseradish and butter toasted rye-bread, and velvety twigs of dill leaves.

Guests will then be ushered into the privacy of their own cable car cabin, where they will begin a 60-minute adventure, equivalent to two rounds on the Mount Faber Line. The main course presents guests with a choice of Andeconfitering, a sous-vide duck leg confit served with ribbons of crunch red cabbage and an elegant port sauce or Pandestegte kammuslinger, a delectable dish of pan-fried scallops with brown butter vinaigrette, fragrant roasted hazelnuts, clam fumé and aromatic herbs. The Ris Alamande follows – a saccharine rice pudding with a handful of crunchy almonds juxtaposed by sweet and tart Danish cherries. Guests are also served tea buns and savoury salted Danish butter to conclude the meal.

Usher in the new year in our Sky Dining Celebration Cabins! Exclusively on 31 December 2022, have Chef Henrik Jyrk’s 5-course curated menu for $164++ per person (minimum 2 to book), inclusive of champagne, amuse bouche, and a party kit.

This menu is an extension of the Nordic Dining in the Skies menu, with an additional selection of Nordic-Asian Snacks, such as Æbleskive with Danish Bacon and Black Truffle, Croustade with Danish Smoked Cheese, Wasabi and Raw Shrimp, and Fresh Oyster served with Danish Cherry and Japanese Sake Vinaigrette.

Getting Here

If you are coming from HarbourFront MRT station, take Exit B towards HarbourFront Centre. Cross the link bridge at level 2 (beside KFC) to get to Singapore Cable Car at HarbourFront Tower 2. Tickets are available at the ticketing counter at HarbourFront Tower 2 ground floor. Board the cable car at HarbourFront Tower 2 where the HarbourFront Cable Car Station is and take the cable car to Mount Faber Cable Car Station where Mount Faber Peak is located.

Turning into Mount Faber Road from Lower Delta Road or Kampong Bahru Road will take you straight up to Mount Faber Peak. The ride is only 15 minutes from the city!

Public Car Parks

Free public parking lots are available on Mount Faber.

  • Car Park A – approx. 70 lots available.
  • Car Park B – approx. 50 lots available.
  • Car Park C – approx. 10 lots available.

Please observe correct traffic and parking rules and regulations when using the public car parks to avoid unnecessary road congestion and inconvenience to other motorists.

Valet Service
Complimentary valet parking is available for all diners (no minimum spend) or $6 per vehicle.
