The Mount Faber Leisure Group will take part in Sentosa Food Fest 2022, starting with the much awaited GrillFest on Siloso Beach from October 21 to November 13, 2022. Start your GrillFest journey at the Siloso Beach Station and proceed to the Central Beach Bazaar Concourse to be greeted right away by the aroma of delectable grilled meats and regional fare. In addition to the already-existing street food concepts at International Food Street, you can find a specifically crafted offering by Mount Faber Leisure Group for GrillFest 2022 at two of our participating stalls, Hawker’s Tradition and Woodfire Feast.

Additionally, Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro will be offering a special 4-course lunch menu for $50++ as part of the Sentosa Restaurant Trail from November 7 to November 17, 2022. Furthermore, we’ll be debuting the IFS Snack Box, which will only be offered during the Sentosa Restaurant Trail.

Experience authentic charcoal cooking with our team of chefs and their woks on our purpose designed charcoal stoves at GrillFest 2022. Both prepared to order and served straight from the wok, try our best-selling Lobster Hokkien Noodles or get your hands dirty with our flavorful Salt Baked Mud Crab with Spices!

Savour a succulent selection of meats that have been grilled on our special Churasco Rotisserie Grill before being grilled to perfection on traditional woodfire. Must-try dishes include mouthwatering Woodfire Grilled Lamb Leg, Woodfire Spring Chicken and Grilled Rock Lobster with Mentaiko Mayo! For a lip-smacking local twist, try our Bamboo Nasi Lemak with Tumeric Chicken too!
